Union County College's campus is small, but generally pretty well maintained. There are no real outstanding buildings besides the MacKay Library or the Miller Sperry Observatory on the Cranford campus. The student fitness centers are medium-sized but often crowded, as is the case with most of the services the school provides. Renovations to any part of the College are done rarely at best. Basic maintenance is done regulary, but otherwise, the College is not updated. The libraries provide students with all of the books and resources that they need for their classes or to enhance their personal knowledge. Computer services are also offered in the library.
Each student is allowed to log on and print small documents for their classes. These computers are often occupied, and finding an open computer is difficult. Tech support is slow to respond, due to the workload they have, but they do manage to get the job done. Having your own computer is a great advantage, but most students do not have one. Overall, students are provided with all of the tools they need to have a successful student career at UCC.
