3 College Freshman

Administration: Pretty average. bads do not outweigh goods and vice versa

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: Plenty of involvement scolarships work at.

2 College Freshman

Local Area: Its a very, very small town with the bare minimums

1 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There really is no place to eat off campus, unless you pay to get into the cafeteria.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: The campus housing is average. Maintenance is slow, when something is broken it takes quite awhile for it to get fixed.

Campus Quality: We have a BRAND NEW fitness center at Trinity Bible College. It is open every day to students, free of charge. In fact, there are many different fitness challenges that are encouraged at our school where prizes are offered as well. We have a SLC (student life center) where there are couches and board games, it is a place to hangout with friends and play games if desired. We have an upper level to the SLC where there is a carpet ball table, a foosball table, a pool table, a TV, and two ping pong tables that are fun and enjoyable by all students.

Party Scene: When I say that it is the best place to be for parties I say that from a Christian perspective. Students are not allowed to party because we do not want to ruin our lives in one night. We do not approve of partying. But the "parties" we have are the BEST! Usually including movies, swimming, walmart runs, food, and socializing with your "family."

4 College Junior

Campus Housing: There is girls dorms and there are boys dorms. The genders are separated by buildings but are close enough in proximity that if something happened the boys could help the girls or vice versa if needed. Girls dorms have a lot more rules than the boys dorms but that is just for our safety. The dorms all have a mini Laundromat that is free of charge to the students. The girls dorm also has a kitchen (fridge, countertop, sink, stove) that they may use at any time.

Academics: Classes at Trinity are pretty easy due to helpful professors. There isn't too much work to do as long as you pay attention and participate in classes.

5 College Junior

Academics: The hardest major, from what I have heard, that is offered at our school is elementary education. But from what I have heard the teachers are great and it isn't too difficult.

Off-Campus Dining: In Ellendale, we have one restaurant that most students only go to for "special occasions" such as birthdays. The only other place that you can get food in Ellendale is at the gas station where they sell pizza, tacos, nachos, burritos, etc. Otherwise you can always catch a ride with someone to Aberdeen (45 miles away) and have several different food options. "Aber runs" usually consist of a full car of 5 people and everyone pays about $3 for gas. We usually go to Walmart to get any groceries that are needed, then go to a restaurant, and then usually a movie at the Carmike cinemas!

Overall Experience: PROFESSORS AT TRINITY ARE AWESOME! They drop everything they are doing and will help you during or after class. I see several professors that come in after hours daily to help students who need just a little more help with homework and totally grasping concepts. We also have an ASC lab (Academic Success Center) where there are several tutors there who will help you in ANY class for free. They also hold study groups for any test you wish a group would be held for. The best part of the ASC lab is that there is ALWAYS some sort of snack or drink in there for students free of charge (cookies, brownies, coffee, etc.).

Overall Experience: We get emails daily from our Student Life Director about various internships and job opportunities that are near us and in our major fields.

3 College Junior

Campus Food: The food that was prepared at our school this last year wasn't too fabulous. The food wasn't always prepared correctly, but we always have the coffee closet open which is a separate area and is basically like a concession stand and coffee shop mixed together. They sell coffee, burgers, chicken tenders, fries, and other concession type food. The Coffee Closet is always a great option but costs a little more than the meal plans at Trinity.

1 College Junior

Greek Life: We don't really have Greek life at our school.

5 College Junior

Majors: The staff and faculty at my school are EXTREMELY helpful. They will drop everything they have to help a student who needs help with anything. Whether it is financial needs, homework help, or if you just need someone to talk to. Just ask and you will have unlimited help coming your way.

5 College Junior

Majors: We have various different speakers enter our school each day. These speakers usually provide students with intership or job opportunities. Getting a job or an internship is extremely easy at our school as any staff or faculty member will gladly help you.

Guys & Girls: Males and females at my school get along great! We really are one big family at my school. Everyone there knows who you are and includes you in anything! There are approximately 4 guys to every one girl at my school, but that just protects us girls even more! The guys act like big brothers to us girls and would protect us from ANY harm. Everyone at my school dresses modestly being that we are a Christian college and we all are aware of other genders and do not want to cause anyone to "stumble" in their relationship with God due to someone not dress appropriately. The dress code is not extremely strict. Basically just cover yourself up and you will be fine!

Local Area: My school is located in a very small town of only 1,500 people. My school have 200 students that attend daily. There is not much to do in the town that my school is located at, but many students drive to a town that is 45 miles away on a weekly basis to go shopping or swimming or watch a movie in a theater or various other activities!

Diversity: Trinity Bible College has a fairly diverse student body. In fact I know a lady from Sweden whom is attending and studying business. Their isn't many issues with religion or politics because we all have similar opinions on these topics. And most people that attend Trinity state that they feel accepted and loved by other students.

Guys & Girls: Guy and girls are amazing at my school. The beauty of being on campus is you learn that these people surrounding you are the ones who may stick by your side and become the "lifelong" friends you never truly had in high school.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I truly do believe these are the best years of your life. They have taught me what the world looks like. And as a young girl, I always pictured it to be perfect and amazing. It may not be perfect. But it's amazing. I've made true genuine friends that I know will stick by my side for the rest of my days. I've discovered things about myself that I had no idea about. And most importantly, it's given me a glimpse of what I would truly enjoy doing for the rest of my life.

3 College Sophomore

Administration: If you're living on campus, expect rules and regulations. Not only that, expect to live by them, of you may end up fending to find a place to live. They are not hard rules and regulations to live by.

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: I am not so much active in the Greek atmosphere for me to know very much. From what I do know, coming from a non-Greek, The Greeks have a good time. They take are very active in the business realms. And they stay very busy.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Although I had an issue with room mates, I still strongly recommend that you live on campus your first year. The dorm life got me out of my shell and allowed me to meet a group of incredible ladies that hold a dear place in my heart to this very day. There is always something to do on campus; you stay busy. Cost is decent for the dorms being pretty nice on campus. You're definitely getting your money's worth with the living situation and dining centers being very close to you as well. And let me tell you, the dining centers are excellent!
