Overall Experience: The college flexibility is great and very rewarding once you complete your program

Academic Flexibility: When transferring credits to Trident, many of my credits did transfer, but the staff was not very helpful. They made me look up equivalents myself and did not give me credit unless the descriptions matched exactly. I had to meet with several instructors to get their approvals for the credits before the office would award them to me.

Online Courses: I enjoy the flexibility that comes with taking online classes. Studying and attending class when I am available helps me to fit school into my busy schedule. I am thankful that my school offers most of their classes online of partially online. Without these online classes I would not be to attend school or further my career.

Career Services: My school has a nursing resource center that not only offers support for my classes but also for the state boards I will be taking after I graduate! The staff there is very helpful and they have a wide variety of test prep books that will help me pass my NCLEX exam and be able to work as an RN.

Overall Experience: As a full time nursing student I am so thankful for the mixed mode courses Trident offers. Having the freedom to complete classes completely or partially online allows me time for other things like folding laundry.

Overall Experience: The nursing program I attend at my school is fast paced. Each class is only 7 weeks long which is one of my favorite and least favorite things about it. While the short deadlines may at times seem daunting, the slight anxiety motivates me and helps me stay on track with my studies. The program offered at my school stresses professionalism to a greater degree than other nursing schools in the community. Students that attend my school have a higher rapport with the community hospitals and are looked on favorably when they are job searching after graduating. Attending this school is a decision I would make again and again. I love that I have had clinical experience beginning in my first semester at school. I feel prepared to be a nurse already!

Academic Flexibility: My experience has been pretty good. My classes have been fun and generally easy to me. The lowest grade I have gotten so far is a C.

Online Courses: I honestly prefer in-class courses over online courses. With me, online courses are great for availability because you can get your work done whenever you have time for it, but on the other hand I normally don't study and just take the test open book.

Overall Experience: I think that Trident has a pretty good variety of courses that they offer. Unfortunately, not all of the courses are located at the campus nearest to me, so I would have to drive all the way to Charleston to get to my class.

Academic Experience: I was majoring in nursing, but I changed it to the Vet Tech program. I haven't started it quite yet, but the classes look very interesting. The Veterinary program also has its own building away from everyone else.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: Trident Tech is a good place to start out at. If you aren't too sure about what you want to do quite yet, Trident is the best place to go because tuition isn't that bad so you don't too much money taking random courses.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Courses are fairly moderate. Professors make it fun sometimes. Class sizes vary from small classrooms to auditoriums. There are many courses offered such as speech, psychology, french, creative writing, etc. Class style can go from interactive to auditory and visual.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Student work well together as much as they also can work with professors.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: There are many good professors that help you understand what you're supposed to be learning.

Overall Experience: If I could do it all over, I would still chose this school to start at.

Overall Experience: To be honest I cannot say that I have checked out the career services department especially since I already have a job in the medical field, but they help students obtain jobs and help with resumes.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: The Nursing program is a very challenging course, but in the end I know that it will be worth it.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: I love that the courses provided are very flexible and that the instructors are very understanding and will take the time out to help you one on one. I especially love that fact that they do provide free tutoring at the school as well.

Academic Flexibility: The classes I expected to transfer did, they were the general courses. The night and online classes have been a lifesaver. I have been able to save a lot in not having to get childcare. I don't think I would be in school right now if they didn't offer such flexible courses or the accelerated program.

Online Courses: I have enjoyed my online classes simply because they have allowed me to complete courses that I otherwise would have struggled to do with family and obligations. I think students really need to understand that they are not easy courses and in many ways are more challenging

Overall Experience: So far my professors have really cared about my classroom experience. If you are work hard and seek help they have helped or provided resources.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I haven't started my program yet but my prerequisites have been challenging but manageable. All of my courses have been in the nursing building which is very nice, new, and easy to navigate. Parking is no trouble at all.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: TTC has allowed me to return to school. Their flexible schedule and semi reasonable tuition is wonderful. I have had excellent instructors that provide numerous resources and are available when needed.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I enjoy it very much. The teachers are very knowledgeable and i feel have given me life skills and information will help me.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: The financial aid process has to be the worst thing about the school but other than that the experience overall is good.
