It's the best out of every other school I've considered. Based off of speaking to other students about their schools, our housing is the absolute best!

Freshman year, you get a dorm; sophomore year, a house; junior year, a house/apartment; senior year, a house/apartment.

The cleaning people keep it clean all of the time. When there is snow, they make sure to clear walk ways. We have the best campus housing ever and on top of that, laundry is free. Not every school has free laundry!

If You Can Find a House Its Better. The pricing of a Tiffin University Off Campus House varies. However if you can actually find a house, that its better than staying on campus. The pros of owning a TU off campus house is that privacy is so much freedom. You also have a range of $250-$400 a month of rent on the house! A great price. The cons vary as well. Most Landlords do not like pets in their home. But some will be lenient with you and will let you people small animals. Off campus housing will always have long driveways for parking, but unfortunately not allot will allow you to park in a garage. As for safety, Tiffin is a very small town with a low crime rate. Police are always around to catch students and townies up to no good, so you should feel relatively safe.

The social scene is anything but spectacular. If a boy or girl wants to get the full "college experience" then they should look at the schools party rating. Tiffin during the early months is better than the winter and spring months. Since the school has a policy of living on campus until you are a senior, the parties are very limited.

As for the campus look many people dress to be comfortable. Where whatever you wish!
