Off-Campus Dining

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: It's hard to find a good place. Even the best places have a tendency to mess up your order so always keep and look at the receipt.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There are not a lot of great places super close by, but if you take the drive into Princeton there are a lot of good options. There is also a whole foods and trader joe's within 30 mins of campus.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: It's annoying to order from Travers/Wolfe because they never really know where they're dropping off and it's always confusing. Ordering out is the only way to get good food if you do not have access to a car.

5 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: Fat Shack is the best for late-night drunk food. Red Star Pizza delivers great food very quickly. East Sushi also delivers great food. The delivery is on point around here, and most of it can be ordered into the wee hours.

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Near by dining is awesome! Lots of options!

There are restaurants aplenty in the vicinity of TCNJ's campus. Students choose between pizzerias, pubs, bars and grills, sub shops, Asian and Indian restaurants, fried chicken kitchens, fast food, delis, Italian restaurants, diners, and more. This large selection of options provides students with budget-friendly alternatives to the College eateries.

A short distance away is New Hope, Pa., which offers a selection of fine, reasonably priced, and excellent eateries, as well as plenty of quirky shops. Route 1, especially the Market Fair and Quaker Bridge areas, offers eateries of even greater variety, and its short distance and heterogeneity make it a preferred destination for off-campus dining. Also, TCNJ's link with makes for easy access and delivery to students ordering food to their rooms or lounges.
