Off-Campus Housing: Off campus housing is better because it is cheaper and the quality of the apartments are way better not to mention they are close to campus

Off-Campus Housing: Pros: You can rent a house for about $450 a month if you have two other roommates. You have freedom. You will be closer to grocery stores, movie theatres, beaches, etc. Cons: Crime is present in Corpus Christi so I would aim for an apartment complex that is gated. The closer you are to school, the more expensive your living space will be. Some places that are already furnished charge a "per room" rate. So you and each of your roommates could be paying upwards of $800 each for a 4 bedroom, which is a ripoff.
