3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: Since I don't know my specific major, I do not think it applies to me.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I like my school. So far my classes are great and my professors are a big help with assignments. Tutors really help me a lot in anytime I need help.

Overall Experience: Professors here are mostly old fashioned and will not accommodate you.

2 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: I hate it so much.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: Online classes are okay, but it is hard to receive help from the professors.

Overall Experience: Horrible, horrible, horrible. Do NOT go here. They are NOT accomadating AT ALL if you have any special needs. I have not liked a single professor I have had so far, and I am in my final semester of my second year.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: The courses were very flexible: online, in Valhalla, extension sites during the day or evening.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: Really liked the online course. It's not as easy as one might assume. There are deadlines and one can easily fall behind if they aren't careful. The rubric and the syllabus are your best friends. Follow them religiously and if you aren't religious, follow them like you need to pass the class.

The professor communicates with you constantly. If you need help, they offer available times that they are able to speak with you. Services that are offered to traditional class students are also offered to online students. Having the ability to take online courses is great if you have a job already, a family. If you know you're weak in a certain subject, I would suggest you take a traditional course for it.

The workload was average I think, but again, you need to be on top of your own work.

Overall Experience: Professors are amazing. They help you succeed and want you to pass. I have taken online courses and classes at an extension site. I've had great professors. The class size in the extension site was average. Online was also average. There was rather less socializing with the online course, but my professor would have us communicate with one another regarding certain parts of our lessons.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Not sure about the recruitment or career services as I did not utilize them.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Work/life balance is good. Curriculum has been fair

4 College Junior

Career Services: many great transfer counselors and programs

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: classes are not too big or too small. professors are great for the most part

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: a lot of jobs internships and jobs available.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: they have great classes and programs to go with my major.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Its a great community college. so many opportunities, great class selections and professors.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: As a fashion major, I took a lot of courses that helped me learn new and necessary things related to what I want to do in the future, but there were also a few courses that I had to take which didn't hold any of my interest. There was a good amount of work that came along with the classes and the resources available made it easy to do the work well. They are very helpful when it comes to looking for jobs and internships for students.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: Most of the professors are very good, but as with any school, there will be some that don't seem to care as much. Study hard, and you will do well. Overall, I'd rate WCC as a 3/5.

Academic Experience: My major is Lib Arts: Math Science. One of the most unique aspects about my course is that it offeres lots of online courses. My school is physically in Westcheser but I leave in the NYC and it is hard sometimes to travel so online classes make it accesible for me to go to school.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: WCC has helped me love school instead of hating it. My math teacher inspried me to change my carreer from culinary arts to being a math teacher. She made math a fun and interactive subject instead of it being the buggy monster.

5 College Senior

Online Courses: I have never taken one but I heard that they are easy to access and the teachers are good.

3 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: I have went through my academic career feeling like my classes will never matter and I feel like I am told a certain class will count but about 50% of the time they don't.

5 College Senior

Online Courses: I have never taken an online course but what I have heard from other students is that they are very good.

5 College Senior

Overall Experience: The courses are very helpful in the way that they prepare you for what you're actually going to be doing in your career.
