Academic Flexibility: There were times where I had family emergencies and I had to come back to where I'm from and missed a couple of classes but my professors worked with me and gave me the chance to make up work on the weekends or on the next available class date they had or they would just give me the work to take home and make up. The only frustration I had was when I wasn't understanding the work but my professor made sure that when class was over I knew what was taught each day. As for transferring credits I haven't tried but hopefully everything goes good when I try to transfer

Online Courses: Online classes are very different than the traditional classroom experience. If you need help in a online course you would either have to setup a appointment with the professors or you can just email them for extra help. For finals instead of a test it's a project or a 5 page essay. Workload I can say we receive more work and you would need to sign on more often to check if there is anything new posted. I was confused at first but overtime I caught the hang . To pass an online class is much easier because your graded on participation, attendance and your submitted homework. In order to register for classes you would need your advisors PIN number. I can say everyone learns different so everyone experience and expectations are different when it come to online classes.

Career Services: There isn't a career center

Overall Experience: To begin with I started college late February, so I was stuck with whatever class had space for the spring semester. There was this one class cancelled due to the low enrollment in that specific class which left me having to replace that class . As for my experience with the professors I can say that was the best, I only had 2 classes where I had to come into class and I can say those two professors were very helpful and dependable, they helped me the most they can to help me excel and receive a 3.41 gpa average. The three other classes were online; which had me confused when I first began but throughout I was on top of my work, plus some online classes would have exercises to help me understand what was the purpose of the work and what was I trying to accomplish at the end of the lesson. The size of the class I noticed was a struggle because in one class it was only me and one other scholar and I was sort of lost but I can say the professor kept me on track and helped me to understand the work but the other class was about 30 scholars and I would get frustrated everytime a student would stop the class to go over a step the whole class just went over but the professor did help every student achieve a high grade.

Overall Experience: The student career prospects depends on the scholar, you will have to work hard and strive for the career you want. The graduation percentage is very low . There isn't any internship that I am aware of.

Academic Experience: To major criminal justice it's actually normal, a lot of people when I first arrived were either majoring it or going to switch to major criminal justice. Well there are certain classes that I took that I thought were helpful to the career I'm striving for, such as studying the different types of perspective of a subject or situation. The workload some weeks were a lot so I would split up the work to make sure that all my homework was done and handed in either before or on its due date, or weeks professors would give little homework so I would finish it all up and if I want I would start on the next weeks homework to have a head start. The criminal justice curriculum wasn't easy but it want so difficult, so I understood most of the time but when I would get stuck or I just couldn't understand I would ask my professors for help. As of internships, It wasn't bought to my attention that they have for my major and as for job opportunities I haven't found or heard of any.

Academic Flexibility: The classes are definitely flexible, which is really great for me. I tend to have all of my classes in the morning so that I would be able to work in the afternoon. There are also evening classes and weekend classes, which is helpful, but I have never done those classes.

Online Courses: Online classes are definitely different. I enjoy doing some online classes because you don't need to have a lot of classes on campus and they are also easier sometimes. One thing that I don't like is that you don't have the professor to help you if you need help, and if you email your professor for help, it takes awhile for them to answer.

Career Services: I only used the career center at my school. I used it when I was wanting to change majors and I just needed to get more help to figure out where I wanted to go with my intended major. The lady that I was with really helped me decide that I wanted the major and helped me figure out what I needed.

Overall Experience: I love having the small classes because the professors are able to get to know you unlike bigger classes. The location of the school is also great for me personally, it's about 30 minutes from my house. The students, professors, and the people working in the offices are nice.

Overall Experience: The people that work in the offices are friendly and do help you if you need any help. If you are almost going to miss a deadline, the admissions office will call you directly, which is nice.

Academic Experience: I've changed my major a few times, but the school doesn't have the specific degree that I'm going for. I've decided to go for the Liberal Arts degree, which will help me when I decide to transfer. In my opinion, some classes are useless because they mean nothing to your degree, but you need to take them.

Overall Experience: I'm the type of person who tends to stay quiet and just go to my classes and go home. The students in the school are very warming and friendly, which makes me feel welcome. One thing that I definitely recommend is that you take classes you want to take. It makes everything so much better.
