Guys & Girls

Guys & Girls: Guys seem to be cool with each other until the get thirsty at the bars, so if I see some guy being stupid at a bar I usually stay away from them everywhere. Girls seem cool with each other all times of the day.

It seems like girls are more critical of guys here than back home which is a shame since guys here are way more friendly here than home. At home I have no guy friends but here I do.

There is a bit of diversity when it comes to style on SUNY Oswego's campus. Very few students dress up for class, unless they are presenting a presentation. Students are up-to-date with the latest fashions, especially the females. Jeggings and gladiator sandals are very popular. During the winter, UGG boots fill the campus. Male students are pretty basic, with jeans and a T-shirt for the most part. When going out, a female wears skirts, dresses, and heels—no matter what the weather is like. Guys usually wear button-down shirts. It is very easy to meet guys and girls, whether it's in class, at the gym, or at a party.

SUNY Oswego is a very open and accepting campus when it comes to sex, race, and homosexuality. As for relationships, there are those who have a committed relationship, those who just date, and those who hook up. Students can be promiscuous, especially when it comes to partying.
