I love that this is a small/medium size school. This is my sophomore year here, and I love it. Academics are great, there isn't one student that is not on their grind to make it in the career force. Advisors are there for students needs, and actually assist with career and study decisions for students. Diversity is good on campus, reps are always looking for more ways to make sure everyone is comfortable here. Good campus area to be in. Dorms are nice too!

Career services also has a different business come in weekly to greet students and provide a brief overview of what can be offered at their company. Refreshments are provided! Career services also offers resume review services as well as weekly emails detailing some job opportunities that are available around the community.

When it comes to the health & safety factor, you have nothing to worry about. The campus crime is slim to non. Security are always driving around and patrolling the campus almost 24/7 doing rounds. We have the blue light system with a phone that allows students to call help for anything that going wrong with them. If you get out of class late and you don't feel safe walking back to your dorm alone security will drive you back or walk with you back to your dorm to ensure your safety. SU has special security measures for (hostage or shooter, maintenance and medical emergencies, hate crime/ attempted suicide, death/ suspicious objects, fire, hazardous materials sexual assault or rape, and bomb threats).
