4 College Junior

Online Courses: I did good on my online class but I am better at being able to be there in a class room. Online is good it just is not for me.

5 College Junior

Online Courses: It's almost like the real classroom.

Online Courses: Online courses are usually either more diffcult or easier than seated classes, depends on the course and what teacher you have also. The toughest class I've had online is psychology, I took a whole semester online once, it was okay I just prefer seated because I like interaction.

5 College Sophomore

Online Courses: All online course in my experiences are challenging and interesting. Online courses helped me improve in technology greatly. Also, attendance are not strict as long as students complete and turn in their homework on time. Online courses are great for students who loves technology.

Online Courses: It All Depends on the Teacher and Setup – My brother and I took the same class but with different teachers. It was a technical writing class. He struggled to get in touch with her, to get questions answered, and she would count off a lot for small mistakes. My teacher, however, always answered questions within a day or two, answered them well, and was pretty lenient as long as you put forth the effort and had good work. I loved that class. Also, I took another online class. Even though the teacher was nice, the setup for the class and how it worked was confusing. It took me a while to figure everything out- like where was the book, what did I have to read, where do I turn in my assignment- because there were so many facets to the setup. Yet another class I had also had a nice teacher AND a great setup. My work was right there- all on one webpage. All I needed to do was click on a link under this week's work and it would take me to my assignment. Any additional resources I needed where there to- as well as a place to turn in my work. So like I say- what makes or breaks a class isn't necessarily how hard the work was- it's mainly about the teacher you get and how the class is set up.
