3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: We don't really have Greek life, but there are a lot of organizations available to join. Some are related to your field of study and others are social.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I am taking prerequisites classes to apply for sonography at St. Phillips and was impressed by the study labs for math and science. They have helpful instructors there at all times to help answer any questions and tutor you. There are also models and study aid material available for students to help prepare for exams.

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: Since St. Phillips is a 2 year community college, we do not have a large athletics department. I believe there is a basketball team and cheerleaders but that is about it. School spirit is there, just not as prevalent as a 4 year college.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Most teachers are pretty chill. There are a couple that have business teaching, but it's clear on day one with them. Grading is easy for the most part as long as youre not in one of the health fields

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Its a well respected community college. Degrees from here go pretty far locally

3 College Junior

Health & Safety: Like I said, we're in the ghetto. The campus itself is fine, but the parking lots and surrounding neighborhood can be dangerous. ALWAYS STAY IN GROUPS!!

1 College Junior

Campus Housing: This is a good school in a horrible part of town. Even if we had student housing, nobody would choose to live there

2 College Junior

Greek Life: We literally have two Greek clubs. One that you pay your way into, and the other that's full of low gpa's and ghetto people

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Just like everything else, this college is what you make it. I've chosen to focus, get my degree, and get out - so for me it's just a brick in the wall

3 College Junior

Athletics: We dont really have sports at my college. Even if we did, my course load is heavy so I wouldn't be ab;e to find time to care. I do use the weight room (or at least I do until I buy a bench at home) Its subpar but I live in an obese city where nobody else works out, so its pretty cool having my own gym

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: The professors really try to help you out. However the advisor sometimes aren't as helpful as they could be, and the VA office tend to make mistakes here and there. Overall the school helps you get what you need done.

1 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: I have never seen drugs on campus or know of anyone with drugs on campus.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Personally I feel safe walking on campus or walking onto campus from the parking lots. Security is constantly on duty and are always active around campus.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: The courses I have taken have all gone smoothly and the teachers seem to know what they are talking about. The class style and size are very appropriate.

4 College Sophomore

5 College Sophomore
