Academic Experience: I attend the Culinary Institute on campus and it is very awesome. We work with some of the best chefs around and they really care about your well being and helping you advance in the culinary industry. You can either pick morning or night classes. Each culinary class is five hours long Monday through Friday. This School is a very hands on. Each day you get in class you bake/cook for those five hours of class, making at least three to five things a day. A lot of multi-tasking is involved and you will need to know a lot of math too. There isn't that much homework because you are hands on everyday. Over all I recommend this Culinary school if you want the best learning experience.

Academic Experience: The program I am going into for Culinary Arts is an amazing place to get started on the career. All of the curriculum is related to the career. It is a nice and clean environment. Everyone there is there to do the work.

Academic Experience: Federal work study helped me pay my rent to live close to the school and walk there everyday!

Academic Experience: I am a bread and pastry major at Oregon Coast Culinary School. I love the chefs who teach, they are always willing to stick around longer to help if you need it. The workload is just the right amount of pressure to learn real life experience.
