Career Services

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: I have only meet with counselors to discuss about transferring schools and get involved into their nursing program, the counselors are helpful. The career center has great counselors, I am new to this school since i transferred my credits from other community college, this is my first semester in this school, I am liking it and I'm barely getting to know people that can help me succeed here.

3 College Senior

Career Services: Not really much help here. Kind of lacking.

3 College Senior

Career Services: The career services are great! Just go over there if you are unsure with your major and do not know what to do. THey are willing to help you.

4 College Senior

Career Services: Most of the students get transfer and complete their degree, and some students start with internships or easy works. Which I really think that depending the classes that you take, Southwestern College prepare you for the real world. The professors gave you the essentials for a work/internship. Personally, I haven't look for an internship. But for a class, they send us to a site in constructions for some weeks, so we can live the experience to be there and how it work everything in out career. Which I think that is a create opportunity for us, so we can learn more about the real world.

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: The college is a great way to finish your general education if you can't afford to go straight to a 4-year institution. Southwestern is good and it always gives students an opportunity to succeed should they really want to.
