4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Cost of living is cheap in cedar city. My landlord was awful but I can't speak for all. The options closest to campus are all layed out pretty much the same, so I'd just pick based on cost and distance.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I think off-campus housing is a very general topic and can vary greatly. I live in a house where I rent the basement and that is different than someone who rents an apartment. I think I have better deal than an apartment.

3 College Student

Off-Campus Housing: Cedar City is a small town so housing options are very limited. Prices are quite high and could definitely use an adjustment, but most houses/apartments/condos are pretty decent in terms of the environment.

College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I live at my families house.

College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I don't live in off-campus housing, and I don't think I will for another semester or so.
