Off-Campus Housing: Because I have never lived in On-Campus housing I may not be really accurate, but I have found the houses or apartments I have lived in are worth the extra drive or walk to campus. The On-Campus housing is hard to get into, and is more for freshmen. There are a lot of houses and apartment complexes that are for college students. I would recommend off-campus living to anyone.

Off-Campus Housing: All of the off-campus options I've seen have been nice. They are college apartments, so it's definitely not live living in the Ritz Carlton, but they are in decent condition, and have working appliances and things like that.

Off-Campus Housing: Cost of living is cheap in cedar city. My landlord was awful but I can't speak for all. The options closest to campus are all layed out pretty much the same, so I'd just pick based on cost and distance.

Off-Campus Housing: I think off-campus housing is a very general topic and can vary greatly. I live in a house where I rent the basement and that is different than someone who rents an apartment. I think I have better deal than an apartment.
