Overall Experience: I really enjoyed UM when I started but after a while, I came to the realization that it has some life-affecting problems. The size is great if you are really into one-on-one attention. However, the small size can have a downside. People are very judgmental at this school; which happens to be one of the many reasons why I am transferring. Because of the small size, everyone knows basically everyone else's business and they are not afraid to share either. Anything you do is scrutinized by the students and most people are very conservative, and believe that is the only way to be. Also, if you are not in the music department or an athlete, it may be hard to find your niche. These two groups are quite cliquey, especially if you are female. The athletes are pretty much given a pass on a lot of rules, especially the ones with full-ride. Many students athletes act contrary to the Universities 'beliefs', however, action is never taken. I was very unhappy during my time at UM, however, I am thankful for the teachers and staff who were highly supportive and accommodating.

Guys & Girls: There are a lot of different people here at school, it is easy to meet girls and guys. we spend most of our time together in the classroom or in the student areas of the school or even just hanging outside talking, its easy most people have met their spouse here at my school

Off-Campus Dining: There is mainly a lot of fast foods, it is hard for those of us that are trying to stay healthy, who do not want to gain a ton of weight so most of us cook food on campus

Scholarships: Here financial aid has been the best, I transferred from another school where they were the ones who messed up my financial aid and so it has been a process we are still trying to get the other school their money so that I can get my transcripts so that my classes and credits will transfer in. This school has been great at trying to help me figure out what i can do to help with my financial aid problems.

Academics: My program is international missions, I absolutely love it most everyone here at my school is getting a minor in a way to teach biblical studies. we all are getting Master's Bible and Theology it is in my opinion one of the best programs that I could have ever came into.

Academics: Our academics are great we all have to take Bible classes, it is amazing to learn the back ground knowledge and understandings of the Bible. I am excited to be going further in this degree program because it is not just college for me it is a life career and going to be the best I could ever hope and Pray for.

Campus Quality: I love the campus and the area in student life where we are able to study is amazing, the Library gets a little loud towards the end of the night, school stays open till 11 so that we are able to watch tv, and study and hangout with others.

Athletics: At my campus we do not have any sports teams per-say, although we do play ultimate Frisbee once a week on Mondays and soccer on Tuesday and Friday afternoons. Other then that we have what is called rec point challenge which is a variety of different sports including ping pong, volleyball, kickball and many more we paly for points and the winner one male and one female have bragging rights until the winner of the next year.

Administration: Strictness is just something that we all have to find a way to accept at Bible College. It really doesn't bother me about how strict my school is, I know that they are wanting to keep all the students safe and to let them know that they trust us by giving us some rules that are not completely outrageous. I honestly love the fact that we do have rules because I feel that it makes us stronger adults because we should be doing these things anyway even if they are not rules.

Majors: As a counseling major, it is been a blessing to be able to learn how to incorporate my faith in with work.
