3 College Freshman

Local Area: It's a small town but there's plenty to do.

Local Area: Too far from a major city

Local Area: Southeast Missouri is smaller than some are expecting, especially if you are coming from St. Louis, but it is still a good sized area with lots of places to shop and go around to.

4 College Freshman

Local Area: It definitely depends on who you ask. Several people think the town is boring and has nothing to offer as far as entertainment, but others have no problem entertaining themselves in town. There's a small water park, a theater, several dining options, several places to shop, a small mall, and bars, plus there's a rec center on campus with a gym, track, rock climbing wall, and an indoor pool with a rock climbing wall, rope swing, and a zipline. Plus there's a hot tub. There's that small town charm, but the town is HUGE. It's so much fun to go exploring downtown and along the river. I personally love Cape Girardeau.
