Overall Experience: I haven't actually started yet, but tomorrow is my first day and judging on the tour of the school I went on the school is great.

Overall Experience: It is a great school to start your degree. It is very affordable and flexible. One thing I like is the partnership that they have a partnership with other schools. A great way to finish your degree and it can be completed online.

Overall Experience: Sinclair has been very accommodating and informative about the online application process, online classes, and is very easy to get around campus.

Overall Experience: This is the most affordable community college in the area. They have great course options, as it was this was my only choice due to it being the only school in the area that offers the dental hygiene program. Overall I am happy here and do not regret my choosing this school.

Academic Flexibility: In high school, I took a Career Tech class (Digital Design) for two years. My high school and Sinclair had an agreement that if Career Tech classes are taken at my high school, then you gain so many college credits that transfer over as well as a $2000 scholarship. My high school CTC credits transferred perfectly over to Sinclair. The scholarship has been a real help, but they divide it so that you can only use so much at a time... which I understand, however I wish I chose how they divided it because I was not able to use the full $2000 since I only spent one year full time there and am currently transferring to another college.

Overall Experience: Not sure if I would choose Sinclair again... I am transferring this fall to a four year university to continue my Bachelor's Degree, but I spent one year of Post Secondary Enrollment at Sinclair my senior year of high school as well as another year being a full time student. Part of me is glad I went about college this way because it gave me the ability to get my gen eds out of the way, save a bit of money, and get prepared to move away. The other part of me wishes I would've went to a four year university right away because transferring is a little difficult and time consuming... not to mention everyone involved in the enrollment process thinks that your a freshmen right out of high school when you are not.

Student Body: DK but will rate once I know more.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Financial Aid was easy to apply for and to get at Sinclair. Just remember to do your entrance counseling every year and sign your MPN at studentloans.gov at least a month before the semester starts so that you can buy your books with financial aid.

Career Services: I don't know yet about Career Services, but I will review once I have that info.

Academic Experience: Radiologic Sciences works closely with local medical facilities for our clinicals, which I have yet to complete. Sinclair also starts with 4 semesters of clinicals. You will be qualified after you graduate.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I love online registration. That makes everything easy. Online classes are groovy too and really help when you have an alternate schedule. The curriculum for Radiologic Sciences is readily available online so that you know what classes you need to take to graduate. Also, College Advisors can been seen to create a MAP of classes you need to take and when to take them.

Campus Resources: It's more 4.5 out of 5. I am an older, returning student changing careers, and I have only found acceptance at Sinclair. All the online classes I have taken were easily understood, graded, and the professors responded in a timely manner to communications. My program's Director and professors have been very helpful, and I am glad I am going to Sinclair.

Academic Flexibility: They offer a wide variety of class times and days which is great. They have several locations which is nice because if one does not offer what I need then I can go to a different location just 15 or 20 minutes away. I take a mix of online and in class courses in order to go full time and to take what I need to finish on time. I was a first time student so I did not transfer any credits here.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: My overall experience has been good. I would choose to attend here again mainly because of the cost. It is the cheapest place to go and will save me thousands. I do not feel challenged though or that my schooling has made me smarter.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Overall I have had a great experience so far. Professors are nice and laid back. The courses are not that challenging and are pretty easy with exception to math courses. They do offer a wide variety of degree programs to transfer and several classes for the same course in case you wanted a specific teacher. The class sizes could improve. Because they have several locations and now do virtual classes, some classes only a few students while others may be full. Most classes I have taken end up being half of what they started out as.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: A degree from here is usually to transfer to a four year. An associates can help you get a better job but it will only go so far. They have job fairs every now and then but they are always while I am in class so they could be announced earlier or better scheduled. They do have transfer agreements with local four year schools which is nice to getting the most out of the 2 year degree. Career services could improve.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: Online classes are the best. They are convenient with most classes having a whole week before assignments are due and most are due at the same day and time which makes it easy to remember and to keep track. The online classes are very similar to in class courses so it is easy to know what you're doing and how to submit quizzes or assignments. The professor engagement could improve. They usually send only a few emails a week to let students know what is do for that week but if a student is confused or has a question the communication could be better. Sometimes students may have to wait hours or days to get a response. There is not really interactions between students online. The courses try to get students to get to know one another but it does not work well. Group projects in online courses are the worst because students all have different schedules and communicating with each other is a real challenge.

4 College Junior

Student Body: There is a lot of diversity especially in age range. Most students are friendly but do not interact outside of classroom since most have jobs and families to attend to. Most people are pretty excepting and non-judging since the majority of students are a little older and matured. There is a lot of variety in the classroom. One class there could be students still in high school getting college credit or there could be all thirty-forty year olds with grown kids.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is great and it is worth it for the amount you'll save. There really isn't a cheaper option for a 2 year degree available. The financial aid process is okay if the student keeps up on things because you cannot depend on financial aid letting you know every important detail and date. The best advice for getting financial aid is to be upfront and get your fasfa completed as soon as possible since this raises chances of getting the most possible funds for your situation.

3 College Junior

Career Services: The students have to seek out help and information. Their career services are always mentioned but when seeking them out they were not very helpful as I thought they would be. The most the career services did was to give advice on a resume. I do not know much about the alumni work.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I'm taking business administration and it is not what I had hoped. Many aspects of the program are common knowledge or common sense. The workload is not that bad, the math is the most challenging. They do offer internships but they do not seem worth it or very interactive. They do have job opportunities but with the pay offered and course credit it is not something I would peruse or recommend because it does not seem worth it.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Most the professors I have had have been great. They are very friendly and laid back. The registration process can be hectic so I prefer to do it own my own then wait in line or have to make an appointment with an adviser. The workload is all about how much each individual student wants to take on. Because it a community college, most staff and teachers know you are not going to be there long so they do their best to encourage students to have their transfer plans figured out well before graduation.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: There are not a lot of student activities to be involved with and if you want to be involved you have to seek the right people because it is not always advertised to students. They only have one main library at the main Dayton campus location for Sinclair. The campuses are very boring looking The main campus is very depressing and prison like with rare windows and indoor light.
