Food and dining aren't the worst possible things on campus, it's just that they get old quickly. I honestly can never wait to go home because you just get tired of the food. Kriner is rightly named "The Finer Diner", but it has its limitations that include selection and taste. The best way to waste your flex is at Big Red's Snack Shack, honestly, just find a way to Wal*Mart, you'll save your flex. Use flex at Starbucks or Dunkin, whichever you prefer, but I like to keep flex as a precaution if I rollover on meal dollars at the CUB or Papa Johns. Besides Reisner and Kriner, variety doesn't change much, so that's why students can get sick of the food quickly. Overall, I wouldn't rate this as the worst college food, I've ever had, but it certainly would not get the best rating either!

Part of the reason I choose Ship was beause of the suite style dorms. Yes, they are expensive, but they are completely worth it. Honestly to me, the worst options are traditional housing, but I was looking for the suite style dorms. Everyone is amazingly nice here! I think all the buildings are convientely placed next to academic buildings and if you know how to do the housing process, it's very easy, but if you don't someone is always willing to help, even the Director of Housing is readily available for questions.

I absolutely LOVE Shippensburg University. The campus is beautiful and everyone you meet always has a smile on their face. Of course the cow smell can be annoying at times, but I would not trade it for the world. Of course it is college, so the classes are hard work but you should be working hard anyway. All of my professors so far have been easy to talk to and they are very flexible with schedules. And don't forget about the Starbucks on campus! It's my home away from home!
