Overall Experience: Santa Fe University is simply one of the worst colleges you can go to, particularly for arts. The design of the the film program encourages students to work solo as opposed to collaboration, which is one of its many problems. Terrible food, agenda-driven courses, nonsensical course requirements, mostly terrible teachers, arrogance, hardly any hands-on classes, and above all, expensive! 28k a year without a scholarship is ridiculous for a facility that won't even install security cameras to protect its own students.

Overall Experience: Very helpful people at hand

Overall Experience: The staff has been very helpful and friendly. I felt a little lost my first time there, but soon enough I was all set up and ready to go with the help of staff.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The school helped me get a $200 scholarship for dance, the staff is helpful and kind, they don't rush you around just to get you out of the office.

Overall Experience: I love attending Scottsdale Community College because there is so much help provided, but you must seek help. There are so many passionate and I mean die hard teachers that go beyond measures to make learning a great experience. The teachers at SCC are really kind and very professional as well as great mentors, they make sure no one is left behind, but everyone makes it with hard work and a little push.

Overall Experience: This is a great community college with wonderful professors. I wish they had a wider range of class times & I don't appreciate the fact that they waste money on the aesthetics of the school instead of subsidizing core classes for students. Not to mention the library has been under construction for 4 years. I would recommend this school it's very clean and safe.

Overall Experience: The professors are wonderful, they really know their stuff and they enjoy teaching. The campus is beautiful, especially in the Springtime, when everything is green and colorful. The classes are small, and the professors greatly encourage contacting them outside of class, they really want you to succeed. The internet is a little slow at times, but you can do a majority of things online if you're in any building on campus.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: Standard community college, nothing special. I'm in the Hospitality program and the teachers are okay. The food and internet is absolutely terrible. For a school in Scottsdale this school is really behind in technology. Like any other community college student I am just here for my credits to transfer to a university.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Overwork load isn't to bad, the curriculum can sometimes get crazy.

Campus Resources: The resources at SCC are not bad, the athletic center is amazing!

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Go here for education only.

The stuff you see in the movies, doesn't happen here.

There is no real college experience here.

The team mascot is a joke.

I would only come here again if I still lived near this school. The fact that I go here is based solely on driving distance.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I've had a couple that I really liked.

I've had a few that I really did not like.

One that I actually would say I hated because he was rude to me for asking a simple question.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses: I loved the last online class I took. It was very interactive amongst students and the teacher in regards to discussions. I enjoyed that part of it. I feel its more pleasant to be in an online class than in person because as a full time employee its hard to go to school at night. Most of the time taking a class from 6pm-10pm once or twice a week, its tiring and I felt as if I wasn't learning as well due to the fact that I was often sleepy in my class. It created extra long days going to work then straight to class. Online gives me the freedom to set up my own schedule when it works best for me. Or if I want to do everything in one day, I can. My last in person class was okay, but the class was often held back by some students who would over question and constantly talk that ruined my experience.

2 College Sophomore

Student Body: I wouldn't really know as I stick to myself at school. People don't seem interested to be super friendly and talk to each other which is okay with me. I'm just here to move up in my career.

4 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: There is a website of all scholarships available and lots of free information on how to apply for those. Its nice to have that option if you want to avoid student loans as I do.

4 College Sophomore

Career Services: I know a couple people from work who have nice jobs because of their education gained from this college.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I get to take computer classes which is cool.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Haven't utilized anything really. Maybe if I wasn't married I'd try to get involved more but I just don't really care for what the school has to offer. I usually Google it or figure it out on my own.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: I'm sure there are many resources available, I don't go around searching and I try to spend as little time on campus as possible. I'm not here for the experience, I just want my credits.
