3 College Freshman

Campus Food: At Savannah State we do not have a whole lot of variety of foods on campus. The café has the best food because it is home cooked all the time and it has the most healthy food options. The student union and tiger express are the least healthiest because all they sell is greasy foods like, burgers, fries, wings, bacon, etc. The dining dollars work as if it is real money. If you want something extra then you would have to use your dining dollars. The price of food is over priced in the student union. But there is not a lot variety which I wish we had.

Campus Food: The food is okay, but I sometimes get tired of eating the same food choices.

Campus Food: It's ok . Prices are decent but I prefer to eat off campus . Wish we could get more discounts at the local fast food restaurants or some on campus .

Campus Food: Eating campus food is okay, I just sugguest that we can be able to use our dining dollars to go to other fast food companies of campus or atleast get restaurants on campus.

Campus Food: The campus food is just okay because they do not season it enough. I understand that too much salt is not healthy, but other natural flavors could be added to the food to make it tastier.

Savannah State University has three dining locations: Tiger Dining Hall, Tiger Café, and the Tiger Express Diner. In August 2011, the student center was revamped to include new eateries. If you thought the Freshman 15 was a lot, let's try the Freshman 30. The dining hall at King-Frazier offers buffet-style and all-you-can-eat dining, which means you can eat all that you like during your time in the cafeteria.

Variety is not a problem, considering each day of the week provides different ethnic dishes. A common day is "All American Wednesday," best known as "Fried Chicken Day." Tiger Express is a diner setting where your food is cooked while you're there, and it's pretty efficient with time. Tiger Café is best known for when you have to go to class and want to grab a little something to eat, such as Pizza Hut, smoothies, or subs.
