Academics: All academic areas are very vigorous. However, advisors make all of the processes and extra help flow smoothly, and they make sure it is very available. The best places to study are the library, the study room, the park, anywhere except the dorm room because the temptation to relax and do nothing is very strong.

Academics: All the professors I have had have been passionate about what they are teaching and have been very helpful both in class and out of class. There are many options to be successful such as tutors both for general education and art and design, as well as the Writer's Studio which is amazing because they help you get As on any paper you may have. The workload is totally manageable and the curriculum is rigorous but worth it. I came from taking a full schedule full of AP classes in high school so the workload was completely manageable for me. However, if you didn't take college classes I would be prepared to study A LOT and have a lot of homework.

Academics: We have the some of the most rigorous curriculums of any college. For this reason SCAD students utilize the Student Center and Jen Library to get a lot of work done.
