Overall Experience: Teachers really care about the learning experience. Learning style is online rather than traditional textbook. People are nice, friendly, and helpful. Food is not that great needs better food. Classroom sizes are smaller and older because of it's history.

Overall Experience: I came so Santa Ana College clueless about what to do, where to go and what to expect. Until I entered my classrooms, I thought there would be a lot of students and I wouldn't get any one on one help from my professors but I was completely wrong. All of my professors made sure my classmates and I understood the subject clearly. Every one of my professors was kind helped me in every area i needed help in. If i had to choose, i would most definitely choose Santa Ana College again. My first semester of college, I lost a very important family member. I was unfortunately notified while on campus and had an extreme panic attack while walking to class. A couple students and professors helped me to my feet and called campus security to take me to the health center. Many of the students who helped me followed to be sure i was going to be okay and that to me was amazing. I got so much support and comfort from my fellow classmates, some who i have never met before then. Not only were the students around me supportive and understanding my professors and classmates where extremely helpful with helping me catch up on notes and classwork. Attending SAC was one of the best choices i have made because of all the amazing and helpful people i have met and all of the selfless kind people at this campus. I would gladly continue to be a student at Santa Ana College.

Overall Experience: I just finished my first year of college at Santa Ana College and this campus has been an average experience for me. Even though it is a Junior College students tend to look not self motivated leading to a lack of trying to form study groups. Communication with one another is not as accurate as well as participation during class. It is a dissapointment because in the end the class is only going to get bored from themselves and will result to not paying attention. College is suppose to be fun! In the other hand, professors really work with you as long as you talk to them, they mostly tend to reply to emails right away, they always stay a little after class in case anyone has questions which I believe is such a big help. Also since it is a Hispanic community they offer a wide variety of programs to help you in many ways. If I could do it all over and didn't get accepted to a 4-year university I would still choose Santa Ana College because I know they will help me get there.

Overall Experience: The classes are challenging, but not too difficult and I am able to talk to my professors if I have any questions or concerns. It is a pretty safe environment and when I am on campus I feel secure and comfortable.

Tuition & Financial Aid: This is my biggest complaint, and I understand that it is not only the schools fault. I reicived the fee waiver for my first two years, which was very helpful, but I lost it for my third and final year that is coming up because my father made too much money for a family of six. I also have never qualified for financial aid. I feel like the qualifications for financial aid are extremely unrealistic. Yes my father makes money, but I am the oldest of four children and with them having to pay for my schooling is going to hurt my family a lot. In addition to that, my father is the only parent that works. I am really in need of money for school because of the fact that I do not recieve financial aid, my parents are begging to hold paying for my school against me, and its making it difficult for me to want to continue because its making school seem like something negative in my life.
