Off-Campus Housing: You have to buy a permit to park on the street which is a little bit pricey and a little bit unnecessary.

5 College Student

Off-Campus Dining: Lots of Asian restaurants and most chain restaurantd like subway and mc Donalds.

4 College Student

Administration: Nobody has really tried to stress test it or really went against the rules.

Party Scene: Have never went inside a party house.

Scholarships: The wait time for financial aid to process and to receive a notification that the process has been compete takes way too long. Takes nearly 2 months to get a notification in which the deadline for signing up and applying for financial aid would have been over.

Campus Food: Most of the dining food is not as filling as they should be say Taco Bell or the meal plans that change everyday, they only fill you to a point of satisfaction and not completely full. The only place in my option is Panda Express because of its value and the amount of food given is the best choice to pick if you are a budget and need the calories to work.

Campus Housing: The only bad thing about living on campus is that there is always homeless people roaming around the campus grounds to look for plastic bottles or things of that sort in the trash bins that are on campus. Other then that fact the campus is well maintained and the dorms is well keep amongst myself and my roommates.

College Freshman

Campus Housing: I have not attended yet, I will be in the fall.

College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I do not know about my school's off-campus housing selection because I live at home.

Off-Campus Dining: I enjoy the off-campus dining options we have a lot of different restaurants to pick from. The cost is just depends where you go. In certain places we students do get discounts and in other places we do not. It is very convenient because if I do not want to eat on campus I have options off campus.

Administration: When I am on campus I do not usually see officers but when I do they are just walking around campus making sure everything is alright. Officers on campus usually walk around campus more during the evening just because we have a lot of homeless on campus.

Scholarships: My experience with the financial aid has been great. I always make sure I go to my schools financial aid office to see if everything is alright and then I submit it. I would suggest to check your FAFSA twice just in case and have someone at the financial aid office to check it before submitting it.

Campus Food: The food and dining options on campus are alright. When I first started San Jose State I was in love with all the options we had. We have a variety of food to chose from, we have salads, sandwiches, hamburgers, Panda, Taco Bell and Pizza. I am trying to stay healthy so I really enjoy eating at the salad bar and sandwiches but once in a while I do get a hamburger or pizza. But the food on campus is pretty expensive so I try to bring food from home. I eat food on campus twice a week and twice a week a bring food from home.

Off-Campus Housing: Prices do tend to get expensive for housing in the downtown area, but if there are multiple people sharing and splitting the costs, it is not a bad idea and doesn't sound too costly.

Off-Campus Dining: There are plenty of places off campus that are nearby since SJSU is located in the downtown region.

Scholarships: The financial aid process tends to come late in the first week of school, so always be sure to check frequently if you need to do anything in order to get financial aid in time.

Party Scene: The parties here at SJSU give students time to relax and enjoy hanging with their friends. It definitely relieves stress from all the schoolwork.

4 College Freshman

Campus Food: The food places offered at SJSU are very diverse; they have food for vegetarians, vegans, meat-lovers, and everyone in between.
