Tuition & Financial Aid

Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition is cheapish, but financial aid is not the best.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The staff could be more friendly towards the student, and have access to more information. The process of evaluating eligibility status could be improved. Many students were cut off from receiving financial aid because they had reached their limit or time frame, me included, due to my counselor recommending classes that I did not have to take for my degree. I was given bad advice and the financial aid people punished me for something that I did not deserve.

Tuition & Financial Aid: My financial aid covers almost all my expenses. As long as you meet all the dealings you should be good

Tuition & Financial Aid: Don't get me wrong, I love the people in the financial aid office; unfortionately, the lines are horrendous and there always seem to be only one person working at the counter. They do give you their complete attention and want you to recieve as much money as possible in order for you to obtain your education. The only significant matter I could see is the counselors office. They are very rude and call you demeaning names like "sweet cheeks" and "baby cakes" while you are trying to set up your classes. Plus the wait list to see a counselor is 2 months. I'm not kidding. I made an appointment on Jan-1. my app to meet up with one is Feb- 24. That needs to be corrected.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I was lucky enough to get the BOG waiver. I feel like people really do get the help they need according to their financial status at home.
