Advice on Finding a Job/Internship
Set up a career counseling session immediately. These sessions are free of charge, and they bring you and a career counselor together to discuss any career-related concerns you may have. You can also use these sessions to get feedback on your resumé and advice on selecting a major that is best for you. Make sure you go online and sign up with Aztec Career Connection. This is an online service which lets students search for jobs, submit resumés, and schedule interviews. Be sure to check out the Web site, as they have up-to-date information on workshops currently available for students.
