3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: There are a variety of different options, of all levels near campus.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: The neighborhood is very safe, but it is affordable and worth the gamble for many students.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Cost and safety greatly influence each other. Beyond that, housing is easy to find.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: It is easy to find a place that fits all budgets. If you have a small budget and are ok with a less safe neighborhood, you can find housing. If you have a bigger budget, you can live in some pretty upscale apartments on the Country Club Plaza. Security patrols two blocks in all directions off campus, which is where the majority of students live. Also, UMKC houses are across the street and offer a college student-heavy atmosphere and great security

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Nothing fancy, little sketchy, annoying Rockos ruin everything.
