5 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: RIC is a pretty safe school. You don't hear about sexual assault or violence on a monthly basis here. If it does happen, it's rare.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: There are relatively few accounts of sexual assault, there has been one email in particular the past few months.

3 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: The school is pretty safe for the most part. I don't live on campus so personally I wouldn't know about the night scene, but I have heard some concerns about walking at night. Obviously you should never walk alone no matter where you are.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: Everything here is safe. I feel safe walking alone on campus at night, although you shouldnt. I've been to health services twice and they've been very helpful, and have put in prescriptions for me right away

4 College Senior

Health & Safety: I feel very safe on campus, and I always see the campus police around. Also I know I have many supports.
