Party Scene: Most parties are greek associated - but they aren't only for greek students. All on campus parties are open to all students past 10:30 I believe. No one goes out before then anyway. While I was greek, I went to the majority of parties with my non-greek friends or a combination of people from different organizations. These parties to get old, but thats part of growing up. By 21, you can make your way outside of campus for some fun.

Administration: I had a fun college experience. You can do just about anything you want to do so long as you are safe and respectful. Outside of just having fun - the campus is very supportive of everything - starting a new organization, protesting injustice, creating a new internship with a community organization or business (and giving you credit for it). Rhodes empowers you make your college experience what you want it to be.

Scholarships: Rhodes is an expensive school. I got a significant merit based scholarship to help pay for it and my parents helped me with the rest. At first, my parents wanted me to take a larger scholarship to my state school. After I graduated they were so happy I decided to go to Rhodes - and so was I!

Campus Food: Beautiful dining hall. I was very happy junior and senior year when I had my own kitchen on campus and could minimize my use of the campus food options. The food isn't that bad, but everything begins to taste the same when you eat it year after year. Meal credit should roll over - if you have a 7/week plan, if you don't use them that week, they are gone. Also you can't swipe twice - if you have a friend visiting, you can't use your meal plan to pay for their meal, even if you haven't used all of your meals for that week. Great school, but the company they use for food is ripping them off.

Scholarships: It was tough, and i believed that i should have gotten a little bit more of financial help. I am paying for school myself and they think that my parents are helping me pay for it.

Campus Housing: Its overpriced for the quality of the dorms theres only one new building I would live in, the food is horrible, the social atmosphere is okay, its convenient and the housing process was scary because I didn't think I was going to get a room with my friends.

Campus Food: They have a great variety of pizza. I enjoy their salads and wraps. They have a separate cafe area which is very comfortable. The coffee is great. The price is a little pricey, but food is great.
