Off-Campus Housing: The rent in Denver has gone up in price and it is almost the same to just live on campus and not have to worry about parking

Off-Campus Housing: Again the places around campus don't seem like much at first but there are many places if you know where to look. There are many houses to rent, but you have to find a lot of people to live with to help pay for rent.

Nearly half of students live off campus. The best strategy when moving off campus is to come up with as many roommates as possible, to help defray costs. Many students remark that when they move off campus, they feel more independent; however, a setback is that they tend to feel more disconnected from the University.
