4 College Senior

Health & Safety: I have seen reports of a few incidents on campus with sexual assault and harassment.

5 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Regis is in a really good neighborhood in Denver and is consistently patrolled by DPD.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: The campus is small, which makes me feel a little bit safer walking around by myself since I do not have a long way to go. There are also always people walking around, so you are never alone.

3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: With everything there as been crimes, but campus security as improved greatly this year and is expected to continue to improve. If at any time you don't feel safe there are call boxes scattered around campus that you can use to have someone from campus security escort you to wherever you need to go.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: I always see campus safety while I am walking around campus. There are also emergency phones placed throughout campus. RU alert is very helpful.

The neighborhood around Regis is sort of sketchy, but the University has a kind of bubble around it. When you walk past the fence that surrounds Regis, you feel safe and secure. Campus Security is always wandering around at night, and they are glad to help you with anything you need. Generally, there is not a lot of crime on the Regis campus; as long as you're not mindless with walking around the surrounding neighborhoods, you'll be fine.

Campus Security is there for students 24/7, so if you don't feel safe walking through campus at night, call them and they will be happy to escort you. The neighborhood around Regis is fine to walk through in daylight, but maybe have a friend pick you up or drive you to a friend's house at night. Also, the school has safety boxes stationed around campus that connect directly to Campus Security.
