3 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: Lots of preppy guys and girls. Lots of religious folks.

4 College Senior

Guys & Girls: I find that many working adults with families understand the dedication and hard work it takes in order to complete a degree program. Many times we as students discuss things such as work, life and balance.

3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Not a lot of cultural or ethnic diversity. Interestingly (because more than half the school year, we have several inches of snow), most students dress "Californian" (sandals, casual, shorts) and are very laid back in their dress.

4 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: Just because it is a Jesuit university doesn't mean that we are forced to be conservative. Everyone is open to others and there are a lot of social opportunities on campus

3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: I'm not around campus much to rate and review the guys and girls. I am a married woman so I choose not to rate the males.

There are more girls than guys on campus, about two to one women to men. Because of this, it can sometimes appear difficult for women to find dates on campus. Most students connect with each other in class, at parties, and through other campus events.

Social Scene
Students are very welcoming, so you will know most of the student body by your sophomore year, which means that you will see many familiar faces while walking to class. As for house parties, there are quite a bit of them on Thursdays and on weekends, and, overall, you can walk into one and be warmly greeted.
Hookups or Relationships?
Relationships. You will probably see many engagement rings by senior year. However, hookups are present, as well, just not as much as relationships.
Dress Code
Most students dress casually when going to class (like just jeans and a T-shirt or sweats). No one really cares about what everyone is wearing on campus, so students dress in what is comfortable. When students go out to the bars in downtown Denver, the girls usually wear a short dress in the summer and sweaters in the winter, whereas the guys usually wear a collared shirt with either shorts or jeans.
