Campus Housing

5 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Living on campus provides the student with the best possible way to become submerged in the atmosphere and community at Regent. Regent is a close knit community of Christian individuals who genuinely love one another. Having the opportunity to live in the same building as so many of your classmates provide each individual with he opportunity to be there for each other on a deeper, more intimate level, through both good and bad times. Living so close to one another means you are always available to share in these influential joys and heartaches that your friends experience throughout the school year, and likewise, they can experience yours with you.

Campus Housing: Our rooms are so spacious! Each room has it's own kitchen and bathroom along with living room and bedroom, its practically an apartment. Its the greatest thing in the world its such a great place to retreat at the end of the day.

Campus Housing: The housing is okay. It is better then most schools since we have kitchens which is nice. The process for housing is literally the worst though, its disorganized and definitely needs to be fixed.

Campus Housing: We have great dorms. They are more like apartments, they are spacious and have full bathroom and kitchen. Everyone is really friendly. There isn't enough housing for how many students want to live on campus so you have to apply early.

Campus Housing: As I don't live in the housing right on campus, but down the road a but with the adult and graduate students, it is a bit different than the average undergrad students experience. I love where I live. The community is wonderful and accepting and loving and I think the apartment style set-up of the living area encourages the community. The laundry room is within walking distance of all the apartments in the complex. As a transfer, and not wanting to live with all the new kids excited to live in a college dorm, I was very thankful to be living in the Village and not the Commons. There is a gym in the on-campus housing that I cannot use unless I have a friend let me into the dorms, as you need a key card to get in. I don't think I would use the gym if I lived there anyway, though. It is bothersome that I, as a student, still have to have someone let me in and have to sign in and sometimes have my friends come escort me to their room in order to hang out with them in their dorm, as I don't live in that complex. The apartments all have full kitchens, so there is no typical cafeteria, and the Ordinary where you can get food is rather expensive.
