Campus Quality: Things to go to where you wanna study

3 College Senior

Campus Quality: The campus is beautiful in general. It has that woodsy atmosphere. Tons of benches and grassy areas to sit in. It also has some really old buildings that are cool and statues/art around the campus to add to the scenery. There are four or five computer labs, however during common hour its impossible to find a computer. We have two nice gyms, plenty of fields, the library is three stories i believe. the campus tries to hold events and when you get yourself involved it can really be a good time.

3 College Junior

Campus Quality: Not the best with school spirit and stuff to do for students. There is also not alot to do around the school.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Quality: The events and student life here is terrible, no-one participates, and everyone goes home on the weekends.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Quality: The greenery around the campus is very unique and the class size is really nice. The professors all know your name and they recognize you around campus.

Ramapo College is small and compact, with every area on campus within walking distance from each other. Despite this, the campus is not crowded, and buildings are spaced far enough apart to allow for plenty of quads, fields, and open paths for students to travel on and enjoy. The vast majority of the academic buildings are all connected to one large complex, divided into seven wings: A, B, C, D, E, G, and H. The A Wing connects to the library, and each of the wings A through E is two floors, with some classrooms and offices for professors located on each floor, depending on the wing. The G Wing is four floors of classrooms and offices, and is connected to the new Anisfield School of Business Building, or the ASB. The Anisfield School of Business Building is, despite its name, fully integrated with the rest of the departments and not exclusive to business students.

The campus itself is hilly and emphasizes coexistence with nature. Emphasis on sustainability and green technologies has allowed for the development of a sustainability center, located outside The Village. As far as cleanliness is concerned, maintenance keeps all of the academic and residential areas clean and free of garbage. There are trash rooms available in dormitories and dumpsters available in apartments, as well as a student-run recycling organization that collects recyclable materials from every residence on campus.
