Advice on Finding a Job/Internship
There are plenty of resources to help students find an internship or job. Radford University's Career Center is incredibly accommodating in helping students, and it has a variety of online resources, as well as appointments to help students with their individual needs. Also, every department sends out information about related internships or job opportunities several times during the year. You can also search the RU portal, which has job and internship listings that are updated weekly. Sometimes, individual professors will email internship and job information to their students as they become aware of them. Career Services holds career fairs several times a semester, which are definitely worth checking out, even if it's just to get an idea of what's out there.
