Athletics: Honestly, I don't pay much attention to the sports on campus.

Overall Experience: Awesome! Fantastic size, super friendly lots to do, and you still get that "Purdue" label on your diploma.

Greek Life: I'm not really sure about the Greek life and how much it affects the school.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: Athletics in our school are very diverse yet lack many quality sports that people love such as football and track

Overall Experience: The schooling experience is great, but what I enjoy is how small it is which allows many for many friendships and a new look on life.

3 College Freshman

Drug Safety: I haven't had any experiences with peer pressure so I guess that all depends on the type of people you choose to associate yourself with. Drug and alcohol use isn't that commonly seen on campus.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Good job, still needs improvement

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: Need to add football, track, and other sports to complete the full spectrum of sports.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: I don't live on campus or anything but I've been in my friend's dorm and it's absolutely lovely.

5 College Freshman

Athletics: The closest things to athletics that I personally have participated in so far are intramural activities, so I would indeed say that playing Uno has a great performance, support, school spirit, etc.

4 College Freshman

Academics: I've only gone here for one semester so I don't feel as if I've gotten enough exposure to rate the entire school's academic system.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: I've lived in Schererville my entire life, and although I know that Hammond is not the ghetto by any means, I've been brought up to feel like Hammond is significantly more ghetto than where I live. I feared, before attending college, that I would feel unsafe during my commute there or that the general population of students would make me feel unsafe. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I feel 100% secure everywhere on campus and that there is no reason whatsoever for me to feel uncomfortable.

Overall Experience: Ok I'm fully aware that there's a 50 character minumum here but I have no idea what to put because I'm extremely tired and i've been answering these for a long time. Please just give me a scholarship even if its for a small amount of money

Athletics: Considering all this school has to offer is it's athletics, I had to rate it with "its okay". The facilities are alright, but nothing special.

1 College Student

Overall Experience: My main reason for attending this school was because it was close to home so I didn't even look at other schools. Once I had my mind set, that was it. Upon arriving, the students were very unfriendly and my campus life was not even existent. No activities going on around campus, very boring. Never felt welcomed and was not the college experience I was looking for and now im screwed.

3 College Freshman

Diversity: There is a fair amount of diversity throughout the campus. I haven't experienced or met anyone who has experienced any challenges due to ethnic/racial diversity so it might not be that common here. I have met however, many people who come from different countries, have a different religion and political views, have a different sexual orientation, and no matter what I don't treat them any different and I have noticed other people do the same. People can be very accepting in this school and I think that is great.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: You'll never know if you're going to have a horrible professor who has no idea what they're talking about, or a good professor that actually is passionate and knows their stuff. Also, students are very friendly. Easy to make friends and get involved in activities.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: The campus police keep students informed of what is happening around campus through email, it makes me feel more secure knowing what exactly is happening.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: It is a great school for the education. It lacks many extra things that some people may want. It is well worth the money.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: As a first semester freshman I already know of 2 career fairs that I thought would be helpful to me.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Dorms are very big compared to other campuses, each has its own bathroom.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: I have no interest in athletics, so I know nothing about them.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: It is a small campus that offers a lot, and is definetly cost effective

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: EDU department for Gate 2 and Gate 3 Block 1 have been great

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: The EDU program and advisor at Purdue are wonderful! Very lucky to have such a great set of people caring and sharing their knowledge.
