4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Overall, off-campus housing is really nice, but expensive.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I live in off-campus housing but the off-campus housing is dominated by one company. It's not priced significantly under the average cost of other apartments in the area either. But there are some fantastic people and the landlords tend to be alright.

3 College Student

Off-Campus Housing: Most housing is at least two miles away from campus.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: It's downtown so it can be expensive, but there are good options.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: There are a lot of options for off campus buildings, however, they fill up FAST. They are not super convenient to get to campus, but it is better than a 40 minute commute from Hillsboro or Clackamas.
