4 College Freshman

Diversity: You walk around campus and you will see people from a different race or ethnic background. All of my classes are diverse.

Campus Quality: The library is great; there are usually tutors located her. In the middle of campus there is a large area called the "park blocks." You constantly see students hanging out in this area, even during gloomy weather.

Campus Quality: The city really sets this school apart from any other school in Oregon. It's amazing waking up to a beautiful view of the city every morning. The rec center is good place to go and relax, a lot of clubs are also held here. The school offers and outdoor program, which is quite expensive, but worth it if you are an outdoor person.

Party Scene: Being in the city, you have access to clubs and multiple events that happen during the year. Of which include concerts; Portland has 3 venues that I know of.

Campus Housing: The cost is decent, being located in the center of city. It is hard to find apartments in the area that offer the same price the school does. Applying to housing is easy. The social atmosphere is outstanding. There is a lobby on each floor with couches where you constantly see people socializing.

Overall Experience: The activities the resident assistants provide in the dorms are great, they allow for for floor mates to get together and bond. Mt. Hood is also a close by, along with other outdoor areas, allowing for students to have an easy access to activities such as: snowboarding and camping. Being in the city is possible one of the best parts about this school. Everything that you need is easily accessible by walking or taking the met/bus.

Off-Campus Dining: Their are food carts located on campus. They are open the majority of the day, and offer a great variety of low-cost food.

5 College Freshman

Weather: It does rain here quite often, but it does not affect my campus experience because all of the classes are in short range of the dorms. Also, the school does offer an amazing indoor recreational facility.

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: The Greek life, from what I know, is not greatly involved with community service. It is not necessarily a "big" thing at this school.

4 College Freshman

Academics: The school does provide with a number of internship programs and clubs associated with my major. The workload is intense, since I am taking 17 credit hours of hard classes.

4 College Freshman

Academics: The professors that I have had have been great. This school is know for an outstanding business program.

Off-Campus Housing: There are many options to off-campus housing including roommates. Portland has many affordable areas to live all near public transportation. Be aware that living downtown is expensive so you may need to live in nearby neighborhoods.

5 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: There are many food carts all around the campus with food from every nation.

3 College Senior

Campus Food: The cheaper eats are going to be located off campus.

4 College Senior

Campus Quality: You can do anything on or around campus because of it's location in the center of the city.

Campus Quality: The campus is in downtown Portland and by the waterfront. It is a beautiful mixture of old and new buildings.

Health & Safety: I feel safe during the day but at night it can be scary.

3 College Senior

Guys & Girls: I'm in a relationship so I don't look.

3 College Senior

Transportation: It would be more convenience if there a direct train from the westside suburbs to campus.

5 College Junior

Transportation: Not a lot of traffic.
