Academic Experience

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: I am currently enrolled in a transfer program. Although it has quite a bit of credits it takes about an extra semester to graduate from this. Even though it can be annoying to think of this it helps you really focus on your classes and learn. I feel as if all the classes that are required to be taken with my degree have great relevancy.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: Definetly a great school to start off in right after you finish high school.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I focused on liberal arts studies because I didn't know what I wanted to do so I took a variety of classes. I feel like I am a more well-rounded person who has a different outlook on society now because of it.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I like the prerequisite courses Pima has to offer for my Liberal Arts Major. I'm able to rearrange my schedules add or drop classes before those deadlines.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: Pima has a very strong science department, and offers a wide selection of STEM related courses for students to take advantage of. Ranging from introductory math, to vector calculus, to organic chemistry, students will always be able to find a great starting point and build a foundation from there. Pima has some very valuable assets when it comes to professors. 4 of my teachers in the science department have doctorate degrees, and 2 have worked for companies such as NASA and the Jet Propulsion Lab. I have learned a lot in all of my courses, and I believe this is a good place to start for students hoping to continue their education.
