For being a small-town university, it offers a large variety of groups, extra curricular activities, etc. I took part in the FSU/PC&TC Chamber Choir my whole second year, and it was a blast! In the Spring semester, we even got the opportunity to go to Florida so we could display our talents. There are also theatrical events/plays held at the college, which are often free for students. Sports events are also open to the public. All these things make my small home town a little more interesting and help bring the whole community together.

It seems like there is always something going on on campus! Whether its a concert, a guest speaker, a play, talent contest, pet wash, donation collection. The social opportunities are endless. Our campus has been getting additions and renovations over the last few years and they are continuing. The administration not only wants to make the campus more attractive, but to add to student life and conveniences as well as our opportunities to learn.

I really liked taking my online courses! In these courses, you still had deadlines you had to meet like you do in regular courses, but you did not have to meet in-person as often. Online courses are great for people with busy schedules or those who cannot personally attend college courses. The only disadvantage I encountered was that I procrastinated too much, but I do that with the courses I attend on campus as well.
