Off-Campus Housing: I think the college has one of the best housing system. You can the opportunity to live in the suite from your sophomore year through to senior year. And it is very safe on campus

Off-Campus Housing: The apartments around Philander Smith College are decent. They're spacious, yet affordable. The only problem is distance. You may have to drive a little bit out of your way and through some tough neighborhoods to get to them.

Off-Campus Housing: There isn't any off-campus housing available. If you plan on staying off campus then you will have to find your own apartment. They actually would be less-expensive than any school housing.
