Spread Your Wings! Students are encouraged to form clubs or groups if they don't already exist, to seek a faculty advisor and get moving. Given the small nature of the campus I think they do a decent job of being diverse - I made friends from around the area, from other states and other countries. The campus community works hard to prevent discrimination on any level/area. I felt the levels of acceptance were decent, probably average or better.

LOVE MY ONLINE CLASSES! At first taking online classes was something new to me. I wasn't sure how they would be. However, After I took my first online class I fell in love with them. I reccommend them to anyone. They are so much nicer than sitting in the classroom. At times I feel like I get better communication with the teacher and class than I do sitting in the actual classroom.

Being a French major, I find the main problem with PSU's Mont Alto branch is there aren't enough courses for me to take. There are only the three basic French classes, and if one is above those levels, there isn't much more to learn. I have to transfer to University Park to continue pursuing my major, and that costs much more. However, I still rated it great because the teacher we have so far, who's responsible for all three courses, gave me private work and lessons that have really helped me, for free.
