Off-Campus Housing: All the off-campus housing selections were built recently so they are modern and high quality. There is even another housing choice being built right now. The parking is great for all of them. Some have their own security guards that drive around the outside to just maintain order and actually to try to settle issues without getting the cops involved.

Party Scene: Parties are pretty fun here. It's usually 5$ for guys and free for girls if the party is supplying the alcohol. The townhomes are the best party places because there is not the issue of getting a noise complaint like you would in the dorm style housing. Good music and a fun time especially with themed events. The police also do not bother parties much and if they do they don't actually charge anyone for being there.

Off-Campus Dining: There are a few pizza places downtown. There are your chain fast food places, some within walking distance and some down the road a little. There is a food truck that stays right next to all the off-campus housing and it is good food for a good price. You can even order your food from your phone and get texts for when it's ready. The food truck is the most convenient and best bang for your buck off-campus.

Administration: The campus is not that strict. Depending on your professor attendance is on you. If you try to park in the parking lot without a pass the cops will find your car and write you a ticket for it. Overall it is not strict though.

2 College Junior

Campus Food: The only place for food is Stacks and it is expensive. There is a new building that is being built right now and they are going to have a few more food options for campus.

4 College Junior

Scholarships: Financial aid is a confusing thing to deal with in general but they walk you through the process well and make it pretty simple step by step.

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: I never lived on campus but the housing doesn't look bad. It is also very close to the actual buildings so you don't have to walk all over the place to get to your classes.

3 College Freshman

Administration: There's nothing interesting to say about this one.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: I'm lucky I got financial aid at a branch campus because it's extremely difficult at the main campus. Penn State has shown itself to be very stingy.

2 College Freshman

Campus Food: There needs to be more options. They need to speed up the expansion and addition of dining halls, because the current one is beyond mediocre. It's sad, really.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Housing is okay. It could be better, but it's actually pretty spacious compared to other, larger schools.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Waaayyy better than living on campus. Much more freedom off campus, and privacy as well.

3 College Freshman

Party Scene: The best you'll get is Friday nights, and parties usually get busted by 2am. Parties are usually lame as hell.

2 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Hardee's isn't very good, and can get repetitive. I expected more of the mom and pop pizza shops, and everything else is just sad. You have to go all the way to Harrisburg just to find something decent to eat.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: I thought it was a lengthy process, but they were helpful to me.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: It's not the best food, but it's better than some campuses I've eaten at before.

5 College Freshman

Campus Housing: I love everything about this campus! The social atmosphere is superb, and I feel at my best here

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I live in campus heights, I found it very easily and love it

5 College Freshman

Party Scene: I love them! it's super social and easy to get to. it's not too crazy, so the cops don't get too involved

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: If you want something different, you would have to drive a bit.

3 College Freshman

Administration: The administration could use some work.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I live at Campus Heights and really enjoy it.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Quality: The campus is very quiet but it is a relaxing place to be.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I don't live on campus but some of the apartments are okay. Small but tidy.

3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: Never anything special, but something to do.
