3 College Senior

Campus Resources: The Library is good, but the student lounge is small and there isn't enough room for a ton of people. The campus is in ok shape and the new building is really nice.

3 College Freshman

Campus Resources: many of the resources are found only if the student digs through the school website

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: The school's library is mostly up to date. The campus' wi-fi is quiet stable. Some buildings are quiet old, but they are still clean and do not look like their age.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: I love the staff. They have been such a huge help. They have opened so many doors to me such as giving me the opportunity of being a student worker. I've become very well connected with a lot of the staff, they are so friendly, always willing to lend a helping hand. I have had some trouble with the professors but its no something that couldn't be resolved. Over all I have had a great experience at PCC.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: I've been to three different community colleges and by far Pasadena City College offers better resources, particularly the transfer center. Campus activities are usually done by the student center, transfer center, student clubs and associations. The campus itself feels like a university due to it's size and general busy student atmosphere. Library offers both physical and digital copies of books, lends electronic devices for schoolwork, and access to websites with collections of scholarly articles (required student ID).

Utilize the transfer center since it is leagues better than others. They have campus tours, univ. representative visits, informative materials, counseling and other programs related to transferring.

Pasadena City College has a magnificently constructed campus. The reflection pool in front of the Main Building inspires a clear and calm mentality, with many students studying around it.

The Shatford Library at Pasadena was recently built, and everything is fresh and new inside. The environment at the library is quiet, which makes it easy to focus on your studies. There is also a large computer resource center that gives students access to many computers. This makes it easier for students that do not have a computer at home and have online studies. For music majors, the College has private rooms so students can practice their musical instruments in peace.
