4 College Junior

Technology: Lots of lab computers available and the tech support people will fix your laptop for free.

4 College Junior

Administration: They don't go out of their way to catch you for stuff except for cheating or plagiarism so you're safe unless you're dumb.

4 College Junior

Parking: There's Spots – Lots of spots, some of the overnight parking is kinda far from the dorms.

5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: ≪3 PUC – I love PUC and the many opportunities they provide here.

4 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: Its in the Napa Valley so there is a lot of drinking but not on campus. Little drugs otherwise.

5 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Public Safety Doesn't Keep Anyone Safe – Public Safety is a misnomer. Its a completely safe campus without them so they're just a waste of money.

4 College Sophomore

Technology: There are many labs with plenty of computers available. Printing is easy. The library has new MacBook Pros they lend out extensively to students on request.

5 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: Lots of Great Local Eateries – There are very few franchise stores in St. Helena, the closest town (8 miles away). Most places here you cannot find anywhere else but its really the best food you will ever have. Word on the street is that Giugni's has the world's best sandwiches.

4 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: Very Diverse – Because we are such a diverse school, you will find guys and girls from all over the world. This just allows you to go out of your dating comfort zone, you are to open to a ton of new cultures. You are never limited to the kind of people you can date.

Academics: Wonderful Teachers – Wonderful, helpful teachers. All have good intentions and hope you succeed. Haven't had a good math teacher yet but they are all pretty smart.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: Good Amount of Aid – Good amount of aid, not to hard to handle. However, tuition is still a lot.

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Good Food, Bad Distance. There's plenty of good places. A little pricey in the closest city. However, the closest city is 15 minutes away and everywhere else is 45 or more.

3 College Freshman

Drug Safety: Almost No Drinking or Doing Drugs. The only drugs use is weed and no drinking is seen.

5 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Girls be rockin – PUC girls are workin it hard!

Administration: Don't Get Caught – The school can be pretty strict when they catch you violating the student handbook, so just don't get caught. Its not like they go out of their way to catch you, don't advertise.

Scholarships: Smooth Sailing – The financial process is very smooth sailing. You submit your FAFSA and your PUC application for aid, they will promptly send you your initial package.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: Great Advisots – One of the benefits of going to a small liberal arts college like PUC is the personal attention you receive from your advisors and teachers. PUC's advisors go above and beyond to help you get acclimated to college life and succeed in your goals.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Believe it or not, those pictures of students studying under trees on an overly green lawn... that's actually what students here do.

3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: Not Huge – Nightlife around PUC isn't huge, but students often make weekend trips to enjoy the nightlife in other locations.

5 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: Great Restaurant Options – Pretty much every restaurant in St. Helena is a distinctive and amazing Napa Valley dining experience. The prices are not bad, considering the high quality of food you are getting.

5 College Junior

Campus Quality: Study Abroad for Some Cross Cultural Experiences – The majority of students at PUC study abroad at some point during college. You should too. Every summer, PUC offers nearly a dozen different trips abroad for college credit. PUC also has affiliations to study abroad with over a dozen schools around the world including Japan, Spain, Brazil, Argentina, Korea, Germany, France, Switzerland, England, etc.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: Academics + Students = Optimal Experience – PUC has awesome academics and is a one-way ticket to prestigious grad schools. That, combined with the amazing people you interact with on a daily basis, makes the PUC experience (at the risk of sounding cliche) one of a kind.

4 College Junior

Drug Safety: Do It If You Want. Both drugs and liquor is available if you want it at PUC, but neither is visible and the school does enforce its substance abuse policy if it finds out.

5 College Junior

Health & Safety: Complete Safety – A small, beautiful and vaguely remote location makes PUC's campus entirely safe for students. Locking dorm doors is generally unnecessary but a good idea in case you have extremely bad luck and become a target of the extremely rare petty thief who will be promptly caught. Sexual assault is unheard of on campus and drinking/drugs are under the rader... do them if you want but they are not ubiquitous.
