Transportation: There are several shuttles that send the students to two different airports or bus stops. I believe that one bus picks up all the students when they return to campus.

Off-Campus Housing: Lots of space, nice neighborhood, yard, garage and washer and dryer, some have dishwashers. 1-3 bedrooms 1 bath, lots of shade.

Health & Safety: Health & Safety is Excellent! You don't have to worry about being in danger because Public Safety is taking care of you also you can go to the school nurse to help you in case you got hurt. It is a very safe place to be in.

Diversity: The Diversity at Pacific Union College is great! Their are people from all over the world, (Trust me I am not Exaggerating!). Not only are their people from California here but from Brazil, Guam, Africa its really fascinating to get to meet all these people

Campus Housing: There are no specific Freshmen Dorms here at Pacific Union College. But I would recommend to move into Graf your first year. It is much more friendly environment much easier to make friends. Andre and Winning are much more quieter, thus the less likely to make new friends. I gave housing an B because in Graf the bathrooms and showers are not connected to the room, they are in the hall, in stalls. Which is uncomfortable at first.

Off-Campus Dining: Far and expensive, closest is a KFC/A&W 30 min away the next is other fast foods and cheaper restaurants in Napa 45-60 min away.

Health & Safety: Campus Safety is there if u need them. People could learn to drive though, need some real cops to pass out tickets for driving dumb, it let campus safety do it.

Drug Safety: They don't search rooms or go through your stuff so I guess people could hide stuff.

Majors: Here at Pacific Union College they challenge you to think. That's what i like most about this school. I really enjoy the psychology & Social Work program in my opinion it the best one on campus. Everyone in the program is so close they are like family.

Academics: So many majors to choose from and all the teachers that I have met in the different departments know their stuff and want you to know it too!

Administration: This is a college, students should be here to learn and act educated, if the students choose to do things that are unintelligent such as drink and drive then they should be punished and/or expelled. This protects the students that are doing the right thing which is coming to college to learn.

3 College Sophomore

Technology: Several computers PC's and Mac's pretty fast and adequate but are a little slow when you are in a hurry!

4 College Sophomore

Academics: Good teachers who care about the student's success and want the students to truly learn.

Parking: Parking is always available. Every student who owns a car is assigned a parking lot depending on their seniority. If you are not parked in the parking lot assigned you may be ticketed. A permit can cost you any where from $30 to $50. It would be very convenient to have a car since no stores are within walking distance, except for one store but it's over priced and vegetarian.

Majors: I am very happy with my program. The professors are excellent and they are very knowledgeable in their field. I would definitely do it again. My career goals are to obtain a BS in Mathematics and then transfer to Pharmacy school where I hope to obtain a PharmD. I am not very concerned about finding a job because there are many fields I can apply to with a mathematics degree.

Majors: There was no process to add the mathematics major. All I had to do was go to the records office and notify them of my major. After that I went to go talk to my counselor, which is a math professor. We talked about the classes I would need to take in order to graduate and that was it.

Academics: To be a Psychology Major is a great opportunity and I learn so much with everything that my program offers, as far as classes and the fantastic professors. This isn't a school that let's you slack off and not care, they help you want to care and try harder. I love my professors and respect everything they teach, even when it's difficult for me. They prepare you in for grad school in ways many colleges don't, with certain aspects of research and writing.

Majors: It's quite easy to get into my major, or any other major. But it's keeping up with it all that becomes the difficult part. With the pre-nursing program, you must work hard to get into the actual Nursing program, but many people do it and we have one of the best Nursing programs. As for my psychology major, it's wonderful. Anyone can become a psych major, but you must prepare yourself to do the most reading you've ever done in your life, as well as research and many papers.

Campus Food: The Dining Hall can get tiring and pretty expensive, but it's not like it's terrible food. There's always something to eat. If yo don't like the meal being served, there's other options like cereal, bread, fruits, salad bar, and snacks such as chips and candy and many other things. There are many nice restaurants around the area as well, which are good for nights out and dates.

Majors: I love my program. I was a Pre-Nursing major to begin with but it didn't interest me as much as Psychology did, and when I switched everything clicked and the professors welcomed me with open arms. It's not an easy major and it requires a lot of work such as reading and writing papers, but it's worth it and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I have a lot of respect for the teachers and I love learning as much as I can from them. They help me figure out what my future goals are, as far as grad school, and what I want to specialize in.

Majors: I go to a dorm room college that's in the Napa Valley and it's absolutely beautiful. The campus is breathtaking and everyone around you becomes family. I'm a Psychology major and I'm loving every minute of it. The professors are brilliant and so helpful; they make it interesting and they really challenge you, helping you know how to succeed even better for grad school. So many of the professors have met quite a few famous psychologists and their stories are so interesting to listen to. Every different selection of Major that Pacific Union College offers is incredible and everyone works hard to help the students succeed. The environment and atmosphere is the best part of the experience. I'm involved with performing music a lot, and for me it's the most rewarding. This college has become a home for me. It's difficult to afford it and I may be loosing my chance to go back because it's getting more difficult to take out a loan, but I would do anything to go back because this college and everyone a part of it is perfect for me.

Campus Housing: Winning Is the Best – Winning Hall is the best. I share a bathroom with 2 people. The bathroom is bigger than Andre Hall. It has a full bath and shower. The rooms are fairly big and clean. The social atmosphere is the best. Dorm worships, social functions for different occasions. Everyone is friendly.

Parking: Its a decent price and there is plenty of parking..but with certain permits you have to be careful so campus security doesn't ticket you! they stingy

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: Sports More for Fun – There are a ton of intermerals or football, basketball, soccer, volleyball...ect so any student can get involved! The schools teams are kind of a joke, but we try we have great team spirit! There is an okay gym and its free to workout at and has a nice rock climbing wall. The campus itself is a workout because its really hilly.

5 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: Little Italy – There are tons of vineyards, its beautiful wherever you go, so there are a ton of high end restaurants with really great food. Most of them you have to dress fancy, but if you're a poor college student like me there are more local restaurants that are great to eat at with friends!
