Scholarships: My college should promote more scholarships for students to apply to

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: The financial aid process was extremely nerve-racking. I had a hard time finding the money needed to attend this school, especially with the steep tuition prices. I found myself taking out multiple loans and would liked to have had a better opportunity at receiving scholarships, not based on the income of my parents. Financial aid at this school is ultimately based on how much money your parents make in a year. If your parents make less money, you are more likely to get a better scholarship than most, but if your parents make a large amount of money, you are more likely to get less money than most. In my opinion, the prices I pay for college should not be dependent on my parents income.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: The process was easy the only hard part was coming up with the rest of the money I needed.

5 College Freshman

Scholarships: Very simple, you apply through FASFA they let you know when your award is available than you may accept or decline offers at your discretion online.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: Scholarships are very easy to come by, but not to the point of paying of the 50,000$ the university costs.
