3 College Sophomore

Athletics: School spirit is a big thing and every Friday our school mascot (Hootie the Owl) goes around and pumps people up for the games that are happening that night. A lot of the students attend the games along with a lot of people who live off campus.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: The athletics at OIT are good there is a lot of support for all of the sports that OIT offer. Student involvement is easy and the teams always have a good show of fan support. I think that all the teams get along relatively well but I do not have any first-hand experience as I do not play sports at OIT but a lot of people that I go to school with do, and they all of the aspect of the aspects of team sports at OIT.

4 College Junior

Athletics: OIT is a good school. 95% teachers are very knowledgable there are a few who don't have a clue how to teach a class. But they were adjuncts. However, for my degree (Accounting) the teachers are awesome! And want you to learn and acheive success!

3 College Student

Athletics: The school could use an updated athletic facility. It provides students with the basic equipment, but is less than an ideal place to work out when compared to local gyms. Also, the athletics aren't very popularized here. However, students are very active in intramural sports, which are available all school year.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: As this is a highly academic school, the athletics aren't super big. However, that most definitely does not mean that athletics are bad. On the contrary, the track team is one of the best on the west coast if not in the country, and the basketball team is quite competent.
