Guys & Girls: We have a very attractive school with smart students. Because it's a christian school the is very little use of substances such and alcohol and other drugs. Our students care about their bodies and making healthy decisions.

Guys & Girls: Guys and girls are just the same as any other college students, except we live to a bit of a more moral standard due to our strong belief in Jesus.

Guys & Girls: Pretty much everyone is very friendly. There don't appear to be any clicks either which is nice. Almost everyone is athletic because it is required that we work out at my school. Most of the people at school have great clothing style too. I highly doubt if you asked to sit at a stranger's table with them they would tell you no.

Guys & Girls: First thing, is that if anyone is undergoing any emotion towards the opposite sex, do not misunderstand by my bubbling of it "widely unaccepted" which is true because this is a school based around living a life centered around Jesus Christ. Now with that being said, there is no judgement towards a persons decision, we cannot judge someone when we ourselves our facing our own battles. There are many different people who come from all sorts of places, and praise God if you decide to come here if you are living an unstable lifestyle because this is the place to grow and be set free from the chains that the enemy has placed on you. So do not feel condemned or judged because what you will get is more love and understanding. In regards to the men and women, you will find all sorts of ages, married to single, who are from Africa, South America, Asia, Europe, and the United States et cetera, so do not worry of finding a "soulmate" because the most important thing is living a life for God and not of yourselves. Putting Him first will allow other doors to open for you in the future so don't worry.

Guys & Girls: Most of the guys here are very preppy, which I particularly am not into. They have extremely good manners though.

Students at ORU are extremely friendly and willing to help out strangers. Most students here are Bible-believing Christians, but there are some students who may be at ORU for other reasons—like athletes on scholarships and students possibly forced to come here by their parents—who are not so much like the rest of the ORU population. It is easy to recognize these students because they are more likely to go to parties and drink on the weekends, use cuss words in everyday language, and don't seem as compassionate as other students.

However, an average ORU student is Christian, compassionate, friendly, and welcoming. Students come here from all over the U.S. and world, so there's plenty of diversity.

Dress Code
ORU has a business casual dress code. This means no shorts in the classrooms, guys must have a collar on their shirts, and a few other rules. But the dress code here has gotten much more relaxed in recent years. Guys weren't allowed to have facial hair until 2009!
