I will be perfectly honest when I say that Ohio State was not my number one choice school. However, after spending just one semester in Columbus I have become a diehard Buckeye fan and I could not imagine completing my undergraduate experience at any other school. The campus is huge-there is no denying the size, but the large student body ensures that there is no shortage of activities going on at any given moment. During football season, thousands of past, present, and future Buckeyes fans gather in the Shoe to watch our National Championship-winning football program. The atmosphere is electric and every O-H is echoed by an I-O! From an academic standpoint, an abundance of unique classes are offered, as well as hundreds of research opportunities, both on and off campus. A year ago I might have chosen a different school, but today I am a proud Buckeye who loves my school and encourages anyone looking for a comprehensive college experience to apply.

Absolutely amazing place, I love every part of this campus and school! The football game days are insane with huge parties to tailgate at every single frat and Thursday-Saturday nights are crazy. The most popular spot to party is the bars on High Street. Some Tuesdays are fun too. The workload is not too hard and professors are generally very nice and care about their students. Midwestern nice is a real thing, people in Ohio are very nice and considerate, including the fellow students. It's very easy to make friends and involve yourself in a wide variety of activities.

I go to The Ohio State University, and we sure do have pride! We have some of the best college sports teams around, but fitness and competition go beyond just our football team. Students are given their own opportunity to get involved and stay fit. Intramurals exist for just about every sport/activity you can think of, and there are locations littered all over campus to work out or hone your skills. There is the centrally located RPAC, which is the fitness hub at OSU. It's beautiful, state of the art, and contains all the exercise equipment a heart can handle! Other fitness locations include Jesse Owens North, Jesse Owens South, and the ARC for outdoor enthusiasts. There's something for everyone!
